Mais soyons honn\u00eates : il n'est pas toujours facile d'exprimer nos besoins. En tant que chr\u00e9tiens, nous h\u00e9sitons souvent \u00e0 nous exprimer, craignant de para\u00eetre \u00e9go\u00efstes ou ingrats. On t'a peut-\u00eatre dit que l'amour devait \u00eatre sacrificiel et tu te demandes si le fait de partager tes besoins n'est pas trop \"centr\u00e9 sur moi\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais voici la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 : Dieu a con\u00e7u les relations pour une attention mutuelle, et une communication saine ne consiste pas \u00e0 exiger, mais \u00e0 comprendre. Si tu veux une relation florissante et centr\u00e9e sur le Christ, tu dois apprendre \u00e0 communiquer tes besoins d'une mani\u00e8re qui honore Dieu, toi-m\u00eame et ton partenaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comment peux-tu faire cela ? Connais d'abord tes propres besoins<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant de pouvoir partager tes besoins, tu dois les conna\u00eetre.
